Privacy Policy
Tealden, a Courtright Collective LLC product. Last updated August 29, 2026.
What we collect
Your account. Your name and email address. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and we never see it.
Your brand. The colours, fonts, logos, photographs, voice and business details you give us or connect. This is what the service runs on, so it is the bulk of what we hold.
What we make for you. The videos, carousels and images we produce, when they are scheduled, and the performance figures the social platforms report back.
Your connected accounts. Access tokens for the social platforms you link, so we can post for you. We do not read your private messages.
Your billing. Which plan you are on, your billing period and your invoice history. Stripe handles the payment itself, and we never receive or store your full card number.
How you use the site. Pages visited, actions taken, browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address.
Who else sees it
We use the companies below to run the service. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
| Company | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and sign-in. Your account and everything you create. |
| Cloudflare | Hosting, and file storage for your media. |
| Stripe | Payments. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. |
| Anthropic | Generates content from your brand profile. |
| ElevenLabs | Generates voice and audio. |
| Amazon Web Services | Renders the finished videos. |
| bundle.social | Connects your social accounts and publishes posts. |
| Resend | Sends the emails the service has to send you. |
| Meta | Advertising measurement, in the browser and from our server. |
| TikTok | Advertising measurement in the browser. |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own advertising. We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Advertising measurement
We run the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel on our marketing pages. We also send a copy of certain events to Meta directly from our servers through its Conversions API, which means those events reach Meta whether or not your browser blocks the pixel.
The events we send are: starting a sample, a sample finishing, starting sign-up, and starting a subscription. They are tied to an anonymous event identifier, not to your brand content. You can limit this through your ad settings on each platform, or with a browser that blocks trackers.
Artificial intelligence
Tealden uses AI to produce your content, so your brand profile is sent to the AI providers listed above to generate it. We do not use your content or your brand profile to train AI models of our own, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else to train on.
People other than you
If you give us photographs, names or likenesses of your staff, clients or anyone else, our terms require that you already hold the rights to do so and that those people consented. If someone appearing in your content wants to be removed, tell us and we will remove them.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, your brand profile and the content we have made for you until you ask us to delete it. We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule, and we would rather say so plainly than publish a retention period we do not keep to. Billing records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.
Getting it back, or getting rid of it
Email hello@tealden.com and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or send you a copy. We aim to respond within 30 days.
You can delete your account yourself, from the bottom of your account page. That removes your brand profile, the content we have made for you and the files behind it, and it cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first: we do not cancel billing on your behalf as part of deleting your data. Billing records we are required to keep for tax are the only thing that remains.
You can disconnect any social account at any time from your settings, which revokes our access to post to it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access tokens and other credentials are stored encrypted. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it.
Children
Tealden is a tool for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will email you.
