The service

Tealden creates branded video and image content from the brand profile you provide and delivers or publishes it according to your plan. You review content before it publishes unless you have chosen automatic delivery, and comment replies are always sent by you, never automatically.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant Tealden a licence to store, process, and render your uploads into content for your brand, and to deliver that content where you direct.

Uploaded audio

By uploading any audio file, you represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary for that audio to be reproduced, synchronized with video, and published to your connected social accounts, and that the licence basis and source reference you provide at upload are accurate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tealden and Courtright Collective LLC against any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from audio you upload. Tealden may verify uploaded audio against commercial recordings, may decline any upload, and may remove published content that becomes the subject of a rights claim.

Music we provide

Tracks from the Tealden library are licensed for commercial use in content we render for you. That licence covers content produced through Tealden and does not transfer the underlying recordings to you for other use.

Billing

Plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and content stops at the end of the paid period.
