Terms of Service

Tealden, a Courtright Collective LLC product. Last updated August 31, 2026. Version 2026-08-31. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms; during setup you confirm that agreement, and we record which version you agreed to.

The service

Tealden creates branded social content, including videos, carousels, and image posts, from the brand profile you provide, and delivers or publishes it according to your plan. To build your profile we read your public website and the materials you give us. You control your brand settings at all times, including colors, logo, voice, and a list of words and phrases we must never use, and those settings govern everything we make for you.

Review and publishing control

By default nothing publishes without your explicit approval. You can turn on automatic delivery for content once you trust it; you can turn it back off at any time. Two things always require a human tap regardless of that setting: memes are only ever published after your explicit approval, and replies to comments and reviews are always sent by you, never automatically.

Free preview

A free preview shows watermarked content made for your brand. Preview content is for evaluation, expires, and may not be published or used commercially. No payment details are required to preview.

Who owns what

You own what you upload, and you own the finished content we render for your brand under a paid plan. You grant Tealden a licence to store, process, and render your uploads and brand materials into content for your brand, and to deliver that content where you direct. We may use anonymized, aggregated information about how content performs to improve the service; we do not use your brand assets to make content for anyone else.

Photo and video rights

By uploading any photo or video, you represent and warrant that you own it or hold all rights needed for Tealden to reproduce it, render it into content, and publish it to your connected accounts, and that every identifiable person appearing in it has consented to that use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tealden and Courtright Collective LLC against any claim arising from media you upload, including claims by people appearing in it. Tealden may decline any upload and may remove published content that becomes the subject of a rights or consent claim.

Claims you supply

During setup you may supply business claims such as licensing, insurance, bonding, certifications, guarantees, awards, years in business, and pricing, and you attest that they are accurate. Tealden only includes a claim in your content when you supplied it and attested to it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the claims you supply, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tealden and Courtright Collective LLC against any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from inaccurate or unlawful claims you supplied. If a supplied claim stops being true, for example a license lapses, you must remove it from your profile promptly.

Uploaded audio

By uploading any audio file, you represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary for that audio to be reproduced, synchronized with video, and published to your connected social accounts, and that the licence basis and source reference you provide at upload are accurate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tealden and Courtright Collective LLC against any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from audio you upload. Tealden may verify uploaded audio against commercial recordings, may decline any upload, and may remove published content that becomes the subject of a rights claim.

Music we provide

Tealden provides tracks from its own library for use in content we render for you. These tracks are provided for that purpose only and are not transferred to you for any other use. Tealden makes no representation that library music is protectable by copyright or registrable, and provides it as is. If a library track ever becomes the subject of a rights claim, we will stop using it and can re-render affected content with a different track.

AI-generated content and your voice

Tealden uses artificial intelligence to write and assemble content, constrained by your brand settings and subject to the review controls above. When you use narration, synthesized speech is generated only from recordings you made and consented to, and you can turn narration off per piece or entirely. You are responsible for reviewing content before it publishes when you are in review mode, and for complying with any disclosure rules that apply to your industry or the platforms you publish to.

Connected accounts and platforms

Publishing requires connecting your social accounts, which happens through our publishing partner under that platform's own terms. You authorize Tealden to publish approved content to the accounts you connect. Social platforms are outside our control: they change rules, rate limits, and APIs, and they can reject or remove posts. We do not promise reach, followers, engagement, or any specific business result, and a platform outage or policy action is not a failure of the service.

Plans, allowances, and billing

Plans bill monthly through Stripe. Current plans, prices, and monthly content allowances are listed on the pricing page, and the allowance that applies to you is the one shown for your plan when you subscribe or change plans. Allowances are per billing period; unused video, carousel, and image allowances do not carry over. Annual billing prepays twelve months at the discount shown on the pricing page. Add-ons, including additional locations, ad creative packs, and overage packs, are billed at full price and are not covered by any subscription discount. Overage packs apply to the current billing period only.

On demand renders

Plans that include on demand renders accrue them monthly, and unused renders roll over up to a cap of two months of accumulation. Any unused on demand balance is forfeited when your subscription is cancelled and does not return if you later resubscribe. Pausing is different: a paused subscription keeps its balance frozen until you resume.

Tweaks and regenerations

You can request unlimited tweaks to a piece, such as wording, timing, or music changes. Full regenerations of a single piece are limited to ten; at five we check in with you personally, because at that point something about your profile needs a conversation rather than another roll.

Founding membership

Founding membership gives a 50 percent discount on your subscription for as long as that subscription remains active. Seats are limited and capped per tier. The discount applies to the subscription only; add-ons, ad creative packs, and other products are full price. On an annual plan, publishing bills yearly at twelve times its monthly price so the whole subscription shares one billing date. Founding status survives plan changes and pauses. It ends permanently if you cancel, and it does not return on resubscription. Founding members agree to a short monthly feedback conversation and give permission for Tealden to reference their business name, logo, and results in marketing. Reviews are never a condition of the discount or of any other benefit.

Cancellation, pausing, and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and content continue to the end of the paid period and then stop. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it, with one exception we hold ourselves to: if we fail to deliver the content your plan includes for a billing period, tell us and we will credit or refund the affected period.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tealden to create or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harassing, or to misrepresent who you are or what your business is licensed to do. We may decline to produce specific content, and we may suspend or end service for abuse, unpaid fees, or legal risk, with notice where practical.

Your data

We store your brand profile, uploads, and the performance metrics your connected accounts report, and we use them to run the service for you. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. You can delete your account yourself from the account page once your subscription is cancelled, which removes your uploads, content, and profile; billing records we must keep for legal or tax reasons survive. The privacy policy describes the details, including what happens to a cancelled account over time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tealden and Courtright Collective LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute that ends up in court belongs in the state or federal courts serving Nashville, Tennessee.

Changes to the service and these terms

Tealden is an evolving product and features will change. If we materially reduce what your plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect. If we materially change these terms, we will update the version above and notify you by email; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
