What if I hate a video?
Reject it. It does not post. Tell us why in one tap and the next batch adjusts. There is no limit on rejections and no charge for them. And if a piece is almost right, the editor lets you fix the one thing yourself.
How much work is this for me?
About a minute a day, and you can batch it. Open the app, watch a few videos, tap approve or reject. That is the whole job.
What if I never send you photos?
You still get everything. It is built to work from zero. Send photos when you have them and the content gets noticeably better, but nothing breaks when you are slammed.
Is this AI?
Partly. We use it the way a print shop uses a printing press. The judgment about what to say about your business is the part that matters, and that is built from what you tell us, not guessed.
Will it sound like every other business in town?
No, and we check. Every line we write gets compared against every other business on the platform. If a phrase turns up too often anywhere, it gets blocked everywhere. It is the main thing we work on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page, in about ten seconds. No call, no email. You will see a couple of alternatives you can skip in one tap.
Do I own the videos?
Yes. Download anything, use it anywhere, keep it if you leave. The music is ours too, made for Tealden, so there is no third party licence hanging over your posts.
